I hold a PhD in neurobiology and have more than 10 years of research experience in the fields of molecular neuroscience and immunology. I use this experience to support scientists in the context of human resource development as a freelance trainer for soft skills. The focus of my services is on strengthening key competencies such as (scientific) communication, leadership, career development as well as time and self-management. The topic closest to my heart is diversity in science. Here I am committed to raising awareness for the topic as well as the empowerment of diverse groups within the scientific landscape with a focus on gender and social background.
